Returns & Exchanges

At Bratteli Family Stores, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments with original tags attached into the shipping box and include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
